Sheila (Lofland) Wall

Sheila Wall, 68, Huntington, IN, passed away on Wednesday evening, July 25, 2018, at Parkview Regional, Fort Wayne, IN.          

  Sheila was born on September 4, 1949, in Huntington, IN, to Bernard E. and Alma Mae (Correll) Lofland.  Her parents preceded her in death. 

Sheila was a 1967 graduate of Huntington High School.  She worked at Wabash Magnetics in Huntington for over 20 years.  She was a florist at Huntington Nursery and retired recently as a Surgical Hostess at Parkview Regional Hospital.  She was a member of First Presbyterian Church, Psi Iota Xi Sorority-Phi Chapter, and committee member for the Forks of the Wabash Pioneer Festival, Eastern Star and her Card Club.

Sheila is survived by one daughter Heather (Joseph) Grossman, Woodstock, IL; one son, Michael (Bethany) Wall, Huntington, IN; two brothers, Tyler (Lorraine) Lofland, Orange City, FL, and Kirk (Patricia) Lofland, Belleville, IL; four sisters, Sharon Lofland, Yvette (Lynn) Walter, both of Huntington, IN, Marsha (James) Thrasher, Gulfport, MS, and Leslie (Lynn) Foust, Niles, MI.   Sheila is also survived by four grandchildren, Samuel Wall, Molly Grossman, Zack Wall and Delaney Wall.

 Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her ex-husband, Michael Wall.

Calling hours will be held on Sunday, July 29, 2018, from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at McElhaney-Hart Funeral Home, 715 N. Jefferson St., Huntington, IN.

Additional calling hours will be held on Monday, July 30, 2018, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at the church prior to the service.

 A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, July 30, 2018, at 11:00 a.m. at First Presbyterian Church, 50 E. Tipton Street, Huntington, IN with Pastor Lyle Ewing presiding.

Burial will be in Star of Hope Cemetery, Huntington, IN.
