Rose Ann (Monat) Yackley

Rose Ann Yackley, 65, of Huntington, IN, passed away on Monday, November 14, 2022, at Parkview Randallia Hospital, Fort Wayne, IN.

Rose was born on January 12, 1957, in Janesville, WI, to the late Gordon and Helen (Hathorn) Monat.    She married Leo Allen Yackley in October, 1977, and he survives and resides in Huntington.

Rose graduated from Craig High School, Janesville, WI, in 1975.  She was a member of SS. Peter & Paul Catholic Church in Huntington.

Along with her husband, Leo, she is survived by one son, Keith Yackley; one daughter, Maria Yackley, both of Huntington, IN; two brothers, Gordy Yackley, Ron Yackley, both of FL; two sisters, Janet Sam, Kathy Reinsbach, both of Janesville, WI; four grandchildren, Abby, Betty, Austin, Hallie; and one great grandson, Lyiam.

Calling hours will be held on Monday, November 21, 2022, from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. followed by a 2:00 p.m. Funeral Service at McElhaney-Hart/Deal Rice Funeral Home, 715 N. Jefferson Street, Huntington, IN, with Father Tony Steinacker presiding.

A burial will follow at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery, Roanoke, IN.
