Robert E. Teusch, Sr.

Robert E. Teusch, Sr., age 92, of Huntington, IN, passed away at Heritage Pointe of Warren on Saturday, June 20, 2026.
Robert was born on June 29, 1933, in Huntington, IN, to the late Albert J. and Maude E. (Braden) Teusch. He married Barbara Norton on September 5, 1953, and she preceded him in death on November 11, 1991. 

Robert served in the United States Army during the Korean War.   He was a welder at Amick Welding in Huntington for over 40 years. He was a member of S.S. Peter & Paul Catholic Church in Huntington.

Robert is survived by two daughters, Pamela (Jack) Jones, Debra (Todd) Stallsmith, both of Huntington, IN; 5 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren; and 6 great-great grandchildren.

Along with his wife and parents he was preceded in death by one son, Robert E. Teusch, Jr.; and 9 brothers and 6 sisters:  Albert Teusch, Jr., Ruth Kimmel, Clarence Teush, Arthur Teush, Russell H. Teusch, Harmon Teusch, Pauline Webb, Lucille Amick, Rosann Bennett, Dorothy Shockome, Alberta Myers, Bernice Waikel, Evelyn McClurg, Floyd Teusch and Mildred Johnson.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 25, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., at McElhaney Funeral Home, 715 N. Jefferson Street, Huntington, IN, followed with a 12:15 p.m. Graveside Service at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Huntington, IN.
