Richard "Rich" Wayne Goodrich

Richard “Rich” Wayne Goodrich, age 78, of Huntington, IN, passed away on Wednesday, July 30, 2025, at his residence in Huntington.

Rich was born on February 10, 1947, in Huntington, IN, to the late DeWayne and Esther (Gesaman) Goodrich.  He married Sharon J. Jennings in February 1967, and she survives and resides in Huntington.

Rich was a 1965 graduate of Lancaster High School.  He was a plumbing and heating installer and worked at Tri County Propane in Huntington for many years.  Rich was very involved and a past board member for Huntington County Baseball.

Along with his wife, Sharon, he is survived by three sons, Richard “Rick” Goodrich, Nicholas “Nick” Goodrich, Michael “Mike” Goodrich, all of Huntington, IN; two grandchildren, Kory (Caitlin) Goodrich, Brooklyn (Dawson) Butcher; and one great-granddaughter, Emerson.

Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by one sister, Evelyn Plasterer.

To honor the wishes of Rich, there will be no service.

A private burial will be held at a later date.
