Nicholas W. Goodrich

Nicholas W. Goodrich, age 55, of Huntington, IN, passed away on Wednesday, December 24, 2025, at his residence in Huntington.

Nick was born on June 10, 1970, in Huntington, IN, to Sharon and Richard W. Goodrich.  His father preceded him in death in July 2025, and his mother survives and resides in Huntington.

Nick was a 1988 graduate of Huntington North High School. He had worked most recently at Hy-Line North America in Warren, IN.   Other jobs throughout his life included groundskeeper for Gemmer Field, Homier Distributing warehouse sales and traveling shows, ALH in Markle, and he was groundskeeper at Clear Creek Golf Course.   Nick enjoyed hanging out with friends, golfing, and playing cards.   He was a 10-year member of 4-H, a member of the VFW Auxiliary #2689 and American Legion Post 85 Auxiliary.

Along with his mother, Sharon, he is survived by two brothers, Rick Goodrich, McCordsville, IN, Mike Goodrich, Huntington, IN; one nephew, Kory (Caitlin) Goodrich; one niece, Brooklyn (Dawson) Butcher; and one great-niece, Emerson.

A Celebration of Life to honor Nick will be held on Saturday, January 31, 2026, from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the American Legion Post 85, 1410 S. Jefferson Street, Huntington, IN 46750.

A private burial will be held at a later date.
