Maryann (Gibson) Williams

Maryann Williams, age 84, of Huntington, IN, passed away on Friday, January 24, 2025, at Envive of Huntington.

Maryann was born on January 3, 1941, in Huntington, IN, to the late Russell and Othilda “Tillie” (Johnston) Gibson.  Maryann married Winfred Williams on August 6, 1960. He survives and resides in Huntington.

Maryann graduated from Huntington High School in 1958 and from International Business College in 1960.  She was a Supervisor at Lincoln Life where she processed loans. She attended The Well and enjoyed collecting dolls, sewing, playing the accordion and was a dancer in high school.

Along with her husband, Winfred, she is survived by one son, Jeffrey Williams, Fort Wayne; one daughter, Tammy (David) Branscomb, Huntington, IN; one granddaughter, Abbagail (Garrett) Ralston, Huntington, IN; and one great-grandchild on the way.

She is preceded in death by one brother, Tim Gibson; and two sisters, Janine Zahm and Deborah Hunnicutt.

To honor the wishes of Maryann there will be no services.

A private burial will be at a later date.
