Mark E. Teusch

Mark E. Teusch, age 83, of Huntington, IN, passed away on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, at his residence surrounded by his family.

Mark was born on October 8, 1942, in Huntington, IN, to the late John J. and Louise E. (Hine) Teusch.   He married Shirley Welker on February 1, 1964, at SS. Peter & Paul Catholic Church presided by Fr. Lawrence Gollner.   Shirley survives and resides in Huntington.

Mark was a 1960 graduate of Huntington Catholic High School and served in the United States Army.  He was in Customer Service at Noll Printing/Our Sunday Visitor for over 25 years and later retired from Ris Paper & Packaging as a salesman in Fort Wayne.

Mark was a member of SS. Peter & Paul Catholic Church in Huntington and the American Legion Post #160 in Roanoke. Mark loved his family and grandchildren, and you could find him at every sporting event cheering them on.  Mark was also an avid golfer.

Along with his wife, Shirley, Mark is survived by three sons, Jeffrey (Sunshine) Teusch, Huntington, IN, Jon (Stephanie) Teusch, Carmel, IN, Joseph (Dorothy) Teusch, Brownsburg, IN; one daughter, Jodi (Steven) Scott, Warren, IN; and 6 grandchildren, Jordan Teusch, Abby Teusch, Tyler Teusch, Justin Teusch, Ryne Scott and Reed Scott.

Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Larry Teusch; and one sister, Marjorie Grove.

Calling hours will be held on Tuesday, November 25, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. followed by the 11:00 a.m. Memorial Mass all at SS. Peter & Paul Catholic Church, 860 Cherry Street, Huntington, IN, 46750, with Fr. Tony Steinacker presiding.

A private burial will be at a later date at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Huntington, IN.
