Larry Joseph Teusch

Larry J. Teusch, age 80, of Huntington, IN, passed away on Tuesday, September 23, 2025, at Parkview Regional Hospital, Fort Wayne, IN.

 Mr. Teusch was born on December 12, 1944, in Huntington, IN, to the late John J. and Louise E. (Hine) Teusch.    Larry married Janice K. Street on January 15, 1966, at St. Mary Catholic Church presided by Fr. James O’Connor.    Janice preceded him in death on June 7, 2020.

Larry was a 1962 graduate of Huntington Catholic High School.  Larry was a pressman at Noll Printing/Our Sunday Visitor and worked at Square D and Tuthill Transfer Systems when he retired. He was a member of SS. Peter & Paul Catholic Church in Huntington. Larry enjoyed traveling and spending time with his family and watching his grandchildren at all their events.

 Larry is survived by two sons, Douglas (Karen) Teusch, David (Kristine) Teusch, both of Huntington, IN; three daughters, Diane (Robert Heflin) Sheets, Debra Loftis, both of Huntington, Darci (Mark) Teusch Smyth, Indianapolis, IN; one brother, Mark (Shirley) Teusch, Huntington; and five grandchildren, Derek (Kaytyln) Teusch, Janna Teusch, Jason Teusch, Mallory Loftis, Nora Smyth; and two great-grandchildren, Laurel and Sophie.

Along with his parents and wife he was preceded in death by one sister, Marjorie Grove.

Calling hours will be held on Friday, October 3, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. followed by the 11 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial all at SS. Peter & Paul Catholic Church, 860 Cherry Street, Huntington, IN, 46750, with Fr. Tony Steinacker presiding.

Burial will be at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Huntington, IN.
