Larry R. McCutcheon

Larry R. McCutcheon, 82, of Huntington, IN, passed away at Parkview Regional Medical Center, Fort Wayne, IN, on Monday, January 4, 2021, at 8:00 p.m.                                     

Larry was born on May 11, 1938, in Huntington, IN, to Richard and Madelyn (Obermyer) McCutcheon. His parents preceded him in death.  He married Carol (Hunckler) McCutcheon on November 4, 1967. She survives and resides in Huntington, IN. 

 Mr. McCutcheon was a 1956 graduate of Huntington Catholic High School.  He worked at Our Sunday Visitor as a printer; Larry then worked for the Fort Wayne Newspapers, where he retired as a printer after 30 years.  He was a member of SS Peter & Paul Catholic Church, Huntington, IN.

 Along with his wife, he is survived by two sons, Brent (Betty) McCutcheon, Fort Wayne, IN, and Brad McCutcheon, Fort Wayne, IN; one daughter, Jill Cutshall, Huntington, IN and one daughter-in-law, Shelley McCutcheon, Huntington, IN; and three grandchildren, Christina Covey, Brandon McCutcheon, and Blaine Cutshall and  two great grandchildren, Kolton Coffing, and Caleb Driver.

 Calling hours will be held on Friday, January 8, 2021, from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. at SS. Peter & Paul Catholic Church, 860 Cherry Street, Huntington, IN.

 A Mass of Christian Burial will follow on Friday, January 8, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. at SS. Peter & Paul Catholic Church, 860 Cherry Street, Huntington, IN 46750, with Fr. Tony Steinacker presiding.

 Burial will be at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Huntington, IN.

 In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to SS Peter and Paul Catholic Church in care of McElhaney-Hart Funeral Home, 715 N. Jefferson Street, Huntington, IN.
