Kent Alan Forst “Frosty”, age 74, of Huntington, IN, passed away on Wednesday, September 7, 2022, at Markle Health & Rehabilitation. Kent was born on July 20, 1948, in Huntington, IN, to the late Albert “Al” R. and Nevada (Bunker) Forst.
Kent was a 1966 graduate of Huntington Township High School. He was an assembler at International Harvester and worked maintenance at Bendix. Kent had also worked at Auto Zone and the Huntington County Jail. He enjoyed motorcycles, hunting, watching westerns, reading and spending time with family and friends.
Kent is survived by two sons, Wesley (Meyra) Forst, Las Vegas, NV, Tyler Forst, Huntington, IN; one sister, Karen (Bob) Shlater, Huntington, IN; ex-wife, Terri Forst, Huntington, IN; and one grandson, Savior Alan Forst.
Along with his parents he was preceded in death by his first wife, Lema Hall Cooper.
To honor Kent’s wishes there will be no services.
A private interment will be at a later date.
