Keith Crider

Keith Crider, age 59, of Huntington, IN, passed away on Friday, August 18, 2023, at his residence.

Keith was born on December 11, 1963, in Chambersburg, PA, to the late Roy B. and Shirley Ann (Suders) Crider. He married Linda Fuller on November 27, 1992, and she resides in Huntington.

Keith was a 1982 graduate of Huntington North High School and attended Manchester University. He had worked at Wabash Technologies, Innovative Packaging and Warner Electric. For almost 20 years, one of his biggest joys was being the organist at St. Peter Evangelical Lutheran Church in Huntington.

Along with his wife, Linda, he is survived by one daughter, Brianna Jane (Paul) Walter, Waynedale, IN; three sons, Thomas Edwin Crider, Ian Michael Crider, Andrew Bryan Crider, all of Huntington, IN; two brothers, Marvin (Mary) Crider, Yorkville, IL, Kevin Crider, Huntington, IN; and one sister, Laureen (Lloyd) Swick, Mentone, IN.

Calling hours will be held on Friday, August 25, 2023, from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., at McElhaney Funeral Home, 715 N. Jefferson Street, Huntington, Indiana 46750. 

Additional calling hours will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 26, 2023, followed by the Funeral Service at 10:00 a.m., at St. Peter Evangelical Lutheran Church, 648 N. LaFontaine Street, with Rev. Tim Lorenz officiating.

Burial will be at Pilgrim’s Rest Cemetery, Huntington, IN.
