Kay Thorn

Kay Thorn, age 76, of Roanoke, IN, passed away on Tuesday, May 27, 2025, at .  She was born on May 21, 1949, in Huntington, IN, to the late Ralph and Helen (Brahs) Thorn.                                                          

Kay graduated in 1969 from Huntington High School. She was a nurses’ aid for many years in Roanoke and helped babysit for family and cleaned homes.

Kay is survived by two brothers, John (Sharon) Thorn, Erick Thorn; one sister, Sue Ann Thorn, all of Roanoke, IN; and two nieces and one nephew.

Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, June 4, 2025, from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., followed by a Funeral Service at 2:00 p.m. at  McElhaney Funeral Home – Roanoke Chapel, 240 Crestwood Drive, Roanoke, IN, 46783.

Burial will follow at Glenwood Cemetery, Roanoke, IN.
