Jeanene E. (Estes) Shinevar

Jeanene E. Shinevar age 82, of Huntington, IN, passed away on Sunday,  March 23, 2025, at Coventry Meadows Fort Wayne, IN.

Jeanene was born on December 12, 1942, in Detroit, MI, to the late Thomas and Irene (Hudson)Estes.  She married James A. Shinevar on Nov. 1, 1958, he preceded her in death on Dec. 5, 1989.

Jeanene worked for the former department store Kmart.

She is survived by one daughter, Teri (Lou) Richardson of Trenton, MI; one son, Thomas (Pam) Shinevar  of Roanoke, IN; and one brother, Frank Estes of Livonia, MI. There were also 6 grandchildren: Kayla, Alyssa, Zachary, Adrienne, Erica and Stephanie, also 7 great grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.

Along with her parents and husband she was preceded in death by her longtime boyfriend, Darryl White.

A private service will be held at a later date.
