Janice K. (Street) Teusch

Janice K. Teusch, 76, of Huntington, IN, passed away on Sunday, June 7, 2020, at Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne, IN.

Mrs. Teusch was born on January 22, 1944, in Huntington, IN, to Francis “Pete” Street and Aleta Janet (Pinkerton) Street McCutcheon.  Her parents preceded her in death.  Janice married Larry Teusch on January 15, 1966, at St. Mary Catholic Church presided by Fr. James O’Connor.    Larry survives and resides in Huntington.

Janice was a 1962 graduate of Huntington Catholic High School.  She retired from CVS as a Pharmacy Technician for over 30 years.  She was a member of SS. Peter & Paul Catholic Church in Huntington.

Along with her husband Larry, she is survived by two sons, Douglas (Karen) Teusch, David (Kristine) Teusch, both of Huntington, IN; three daughters, Diane (Robert Heflin) Sheets, Debra Loftis, both of Huntington, Darci (Mark) Teusch Smyth, Indianapolis, IN; one step-brother, Larry (Carol) McCutcheon, Huntington, IN; and five grandchildren, Derek Teusch, Janna Teusch, Jason Teusch, Mallory Loftis and Nora Smyth.

Calling hours will be held on Friday, June 12, 2020, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at McElhaney-Hart Funeral Home, 715 N. Jefferson Street, Huntington, IN 46750.

Additional calling hours will be held on Saturday, June 13, 2020, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at the church followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. at SS. Peter & Paul Catholic Church, 860 Cherry Street, Huntington, IN, 46750.

Burial will be at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Huntington, IN.
