Jack A. Engle, age 92, of Huntington, IN, passed away on Saturday, September 28, 2024, at Peabody Retirement Community in North Manchester, IN.
Jack was born on April 20, 1932, in Albion, IN, to the late Clarence Alfred and Icie Pearl (Flynn) Engle. He married Mary E. Pinney in 1952, and she survives in Huntington.
Jack was a 1951 graduate of Wolf Lake High School and served in the United States Army during the Korean War. Jack had worked 30 years at International Harvester and for 30 years at CF Industries.
Along with his wife, Mary, Jack is survived by many nieces and nephews.
Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Robert Engle and Clarence R. “Dick” Engle.
To honor the wishes of Jack there will be no calling or service hours.
A private burial will be held at Mt. Hope Cemetery, Huntington, IN.
