Hila Edward Williams

Hila Edward Williams, age 67, of Huntington, IN, passed away on Wednesday, May 13, 2026, at his residence in Huntington.

Hila was born on September 4, 1958, in Bluffton, IN, to the late Harold F. and Romanita (Aguilar) Williams, Sr.

Hila was a hair stylist in the Fort Wayne and Huntington area for many years before his retirement. He was a member of the Catholic faith. Hila enjoyed golfing, watching his favorite football team, the Chicago Bears and baseball.

Hila is survived by one brother, Harold F. (Judith) Williams, Jr., Fort Wayne, IN; one sister, Florance Morgan, Huntington, IN; two nieces, Rowena Waldon, Anita Waldron; one nephew, Thomas Baublet; two great nephews, Christopher Williams, Elba Harshman; and one great niece, Monika Collins.

Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Laura Williams.

Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, May 27, 2026, from 11:00 a.m.to 1:00 p.m. followed by a 1:00 p.m. Memorial Service with Fr. Jay Horning presiding.

A private burial will be at a later date.
