Geri Lynn (Shafer) Zickafoose

Geri Lynn Zickafoose, 51, of Uniondale, IN, passed away on Thursday, January 14, 2021, at her residence.

Geri was born on August 27, 1969, in Bluffton, IN, to Richard and Linda (Finney) Shafer. Her parents, Richard (Becky) Shafer and Linda (Robert) Wilson, both survive with their spouses in Huntington, IN.  Geri married Gary Zickafoose November 24, 1990.  He survives and resides in Uniondale.

 Geri was a 1987 graduate of Huntington North High School.  She was a production scheduler at Reelcraft Industries in Columbia City, IN. 

 Along with her parents and husband, Geri is survived by one son, Richard Allen Zickafoose, Uniondale, IN; two daughters, Ashley Lynnell (Ryan) Davidson, Ossian, IN, Heather Lee-Ann Zickafoose, Uniondale, IN; one brother Bret (Jeannie) Shafer, Dublin, OH; two sisters, Wendi Dombroski, Loveland, OH, twin sister, Sheri (Brian) James, Markle, IN; three grandchildren, Riley Benson, Lucas Davidson and Declan Davidson.

 The family will have private services and a burial at Mt. Hope Cemetery, Huntington, IN.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.

 In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to Huntington University in care of McElhaney-Hart Funeral Home, 715 N. Jefferson Street, Huntington, IN.
