Faye A. (Hargrove) Tinkel

Faye A. Tinkel, age 89, of Lawrenceville, GA, and formerly of Huntington, IN, passed away on Thursday, November 14, 2024, at her residence at Sunrise Senior Living in Georgia. 

Faye was born on August 11, 1935, in Anderson, AL, to the late Wiley Leslie and Verna Bell (Springer) Hargrove. She married Melvin G. Tinkel on January 29, 1955, and he preceded her in death on May 8, 2020.

Faye was a homemaker and a member of the Jehovah Witness church.

Faye is survived by one son, Michael (Naomi) Tinkel, Huntington, IN; one daughter, Pamela L. (Robin) Reed, Winder, GA; four grandchildren; and 9 great-grandchildren.

To honor the wishes of Faye there will be no calling or service hours.

A private burial will be at a later date.
