Elnora L. (Hamilton) Erickson

Elnora L. Erickson, age 77, of South Whitley, passed away Monday, June 6, 2022, at 2:34 pm at Millers Merry Manor, Warsaw.  She was a housekeeper at Bluffton Regional Medical Center, Pyle Industries, Marshall Electric- North Manchester, Professional Janitorial Service, Utrad, and Markle Medical Center.  She enjoyed crocheting and collecting lighthouses.

Elnora was born October 26,. 1944, in Hartford City, a daughter of Robert P. and Ruth Irene (Parker) Hamilton.  On June 17, 1967 she married her beloved husband of 54 years Robert Erickson in Hartford City. He survives in South Whitley.  Also surviving are two sons Mark Wayne (Tiffany) Erickson of Warren, Robert Allen Erickson of Huntington, two daughters Corrina Lynn Weichman of LaPorte, Amber C. Cocklin (James Butts) of Andrews, a step-daughter Cynthia Teusch of Huntington, a sister Roberta Anne (John) Schilling of Huntington, 14 grandchildren, 8 step-grandchildren and 27 step-great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by brother Paul William Hamilton, infant brother LeRoy Hamilton and step-son David Erickson. 

Visitation will be held Monday, June 13 from 10:00 am to 12:00 noon prior to the 12:00 noon funeral service at Deal-Rice Funeral Homes- Huntington Chapel.  Burial will follow in Gardens of Memory, Huntington County.
