Earl (Maka) Mann

Earl William Mann (Maka), age 49, of Wabash, IN, passed away on Wednesday, February 14, 2024.

   Earl was born on September 16, 1974, in Culver City, CA, to the late Earl and Patricia (Grinnan) Mann.  He married the love of his life Karen Isaac on October 11, 2002 at her parent’s home in Roann, IN.  After she suffered a heart attack and had open heart surgery, he became her rock.  They have been together for 22 years.

He loved making beats and doing music production.  He worked with some big names and he worked with ones who were just starting out.  Maka enjoyed playing video games and watching movies.  He liked all things Marvel and D.C.  He was a die-hard fan of the Cowboys, no matter how they did.  He loved his dog Coco, who always put a smile on his face with her silliness.

He is survived by his wife, Karen; two sons,  Austin (Cloey) Mann, Argos, IN, and Dillon Mann, Shelbyville, IN; two grandchildren, Thea Mann, Argos, IN, and Jayce Mann, Shelbyville, IN, a niece, Nikita Fulton, Roann, IN, a nephew, Anthony Isaac, Marion, IN.  His father-in-law, Cecil Isaac, Roann, IN, an aunt, Connie Findley, South Bend, IN, a best friend who was like a brother, Mike Carey, Osceola, IN.  Along with a long list of good friends.  

Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his mother-in-law, Sandy Isaac and sister-in-law, Louise Isaac, whom he loved very much.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 21, 2024 from 10:00 a.m. to noon at McElhaney Funeral Home, 715 N. Jefferson Street, Huntington, IN, 46750.

A funeral service will follow at noon on Wednesday, February 21, 2024 with Pastor Brunk Conley officiating at McElhaney Funeral Home, 715 N. Jefferson Street, Huntington, IN, 46750.

Burial will be at Mt. Hope Cemetery.
