Douglas A. Guhl

Douglas A. Guhl, age 65, of Huntington, IN, died on Monday, February 17, 2025, at Parkview Huntington Hospital.

Doug was born on December 3, 1959, in Huntington, IN, to the late Mark L. and Donna R. (Minniear) Guhl. 

Doug was a 1978 graduate of Huntington North High School.  He was a tool & die maker for many years and worked at Guhl Machine Shop and was co-owner for several years.  He was a member of St. Peter Lutheran Church in Huntington.

Doug is survived by two sons, Kurt Guhl and Colt Guhl, both of Huntington, IN; two brothers, Steven (Luba) Guhl, Inverness, FL, Joel (Sherri) Guhl, Huntington, IN; two sisters, Cindy Guhl, Huntington, IN, Anna (Brad) Richison, LaFontaine, IN; two grandchildren, Rylan Guhl, Aaylah Guhl; and his former wife of 37 years, Brenda Johnson, Huntington, IN.

Along with his parents he was preceded in death by one nephew, Zachariah Guhl.

There will be a private family service.
