Dennis William King

Dennis William King, age 75, of Roanoke, IN, passed away on Thursday, June 8, 2023, at Stillwater Hospice Home Fort Wayne, IN.

Dennis was born on February 29, 1948, in Fort Wayne, IN, to William H. and Bernice L. (Shafer) King. His parents preceded him in death.

Dennis was a woodworker for Aristoline in Fort Wayne then went to Jenson Cabinet Company in Fort Wayne, IN.  He served in the army during Vietnam War.  He was a 1966 Graduate of Northside High School in Fort Wayne, IN.

He is survived by 4 brothers: Frederick King, Roanoke, IN, Steven (Connie) King, Fort Wayne, IN, Kenneth King, Fort Wayne, IN and Theodore King, Fort Wayne, IN.

Calling hours will be held on Monday June 12, 2023 from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm with a funeral service to follow at 2:00 pm all at McElhaney Funeral Home – Roanoke Chapel, 240 Crestwood Drive, Roanoke, IN, 46783.

Burial will be at Glenwood Cemetery, Roanoke, IN.
