Deborah A. (Nilsson) Molloy

Deborah A. Molloy, age 65, of Huntington, IN, passed away on Thursday, October 3, 2024, at her

residence after a difficult battle with cancer.

Deborah was born to Henning and Judith (Chic) Nilsson in Philadelphia, PA, July 8, 1959. Having

graduated from Penncrest HS Class of 1977, Deborah would marry Thomas Molloy in September

that same year. She would go on to receive a bachelors degree in Social Work from Temple

University and work for Women’s Christian Alliance, then serving numerous years with Main Line

Health, Delaware County, PA, until her retirement. Her passion for gardening will be missed by family

and friends.

Deborah is survived by one daughter, Kathryn Molloy (Timothy Hendrickson), Huntington, IN, one son, Thomas E. Molloy V, Philadelphia, PA, and siblings Jennifer (Christohper) Thompson, Sherry Nilsson, and Michael (Wendi) Nilsson, all of Media, PA. As well she leaves behind one granddaughter, Lillie Molloy, and

several nieces and nephews.

Along with her parents, Deborah is predeceased by her husband, Thomas, and sister, Stacy Leatherberry.

There will be no services.

A private interment will be held in Pennsylvania at a later date.
