David M. DeLaGrange, age 65, of Huntington, IN, passed away on Thursday, July 11, 2024, at Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne, IN.
David was born on January 4, 1959, in Fort Wayne, IN, to Terry Lee and Mary J. (Garrison) DeLaGrange. His father preceded him in death on April 2, 1999. His mother survives in Huntington.
He was married to Paula (Voght) DeLaGrange on February 6, 1982, and she survives and resides in Huntington, IN.
David was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church in Huntington. He worked at Bircraft for 7 years before joining the Maco Corp. (General Aluminum) for 24 years. David cherished his family, especially his grandchildren. He loved rock music and all sports.
Along with his wife and mother, David is survived by one son, Travis DeLaGrange, Marion, IN; one daughter, Dana Carrillo, Fort Wayne, IN; 7 grandchildren, “the triplets”, Parker, Garrett, and Audrey, followed by his granddaughters, Gabriella, Isabella, Adriana, and Alaina; three brothers, Mark (Candy) DeLaGrange, AZ, Michael (Candy) DeLaGrange, Huntington, IN, and Brian DeLaGrange, Huntington, IN.
Along with his father, he is preceded in death by one brother, Daniel DeLaGrange; and one sister, Katherine DeLaGrange.
Recitation of the Rosary will begin at 9:30 a.m. followed by the calling from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. with a Mass of Christian Burial at 12:00 p.m., on Tuesday, July 16, 2024, all at St. Mary Catholic Church, 903 N. Jefferson Street, Huntington, IN, with Fr. Thomas Zehr presiding.
Burial will be at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Huntington, IN.
