Charles E. Pressler, age 75, of Huntington, IN, passed away on Thursday, December 5, 2024, at the VA Hospital of Marion.
Charles was born on July 25, 1949, in Huntington, to the late Don E. and Eleanor L. (Frederick) Pressler.
Charles proudly served in the United States Army. He retired from Huntington Sheet Metal after working there for many years.
Charles is survived by his daughter, Manda Kay (Joshua) Danner, Pierceton, IN; five brothers, Ronald (Nina) Pressler, Thomas Pressler, Gregory (Shelly) Pressler, Kem Pressler, all of Huntington, IN, Randy Pressler, Fort Wayne, IN; two sisters, Linda Harris, Debra Pressler, both of Huntington, IN; three granddaughters, Kristin (Josh) Barker, Ella Danner, Ruth Danner; two great-grandchildren, Karter Barker and John Barker.
Along with his parents he was preceded in death by two sons, Chad Pressler and Michael Pressler; and one sister, Donnette Pressler.
Calling hours will be held on Monday, December 9, 2024, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. followed by a Funeral Service at 11:00 a.m. at McElhaney Funeral Home, 715 N. Jefferson Street, Huntington, IN, 46750.
Burial will follow at Pilgrim’s Rest Cemetery, Huntington, IN.
