Charles Braxton Curry

Charles B. Curry, 54, of Huntington, IN, passed away on Friday, November 6, 2020, at Parkview Regional Medical Center.    

Charles was born on December 15, 1965, in Huntington, IN, to Samuel and Sondra S. (Foster) Curry.  His parents preceded him in death.  

Mr. Curry was a skilled laborer and worked for Schneider Electric. 

Charles is survived by his girlfriend, Jennifer Harris, Huntington, IN  and four daughters, Amanda (Jeff) Gordon, Andrews, IN; Rebecca Curry, Huntington, IN; Marissa (Cory) Robison, Marion, IN; and Monica Cruz-Cavins, Huntington, IN.; three brothers, Robert (Mary Jane) Jay Jr., Kempton, IN; Michael Jay, Huntington, IN; and Samuel (Sheila) Curry, Fort Wayne, IN and three sisters, Tana (Alby) Baker, Bloomington, IN; Sabrina (Gene) McCoskey, Orange Park, FL; and Kristy (Matt) Rawles, Albion, IN.  He is also survived by nine grandchildren. 

Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by one son, Charles Curry. 

A calling will be held on Tuesday, November 10, 2020 from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at McElhaney- Hart Funeral Home, 715 N. Jefferson St., Huntington, IN.

We are asking everyone please follow the CDC guidelines and the state mandate for social distancing and wearing a mask. 

Private services and burial will be at a later date.
