Betty May Dolby, age 93, of Warren, IN, passed away on Thursday, November 20, 2025, at Heritage Pointe of Warren.
Betty was born on August 3, 1932, in New Haven, IN, to the late Guy and Ida May (Young) Jessup. She married Lowell M. Dolby, and he preceded her in death on January 11, 2004.
Betty was a homemaker and a member of Pleasant Grove Church.
Betty is survived by one son, Terry (Dee) Dolby, Huntington, IN; two daughters, Debbie A. Holland, Donna J. (Bob) Keller, both of Fort Wayne, IN; and 5 grandchildren, Brad, Brian (Heather), Jason, Jeremy and Christopher.
Along with her parents and husband she was preceded in death by three brothers, Lloyd Jessup, Lyle Jessup, Wayne Jessup; and one sister, Ruth Berkheiser.
Calling hours will be held on Monday, November 24, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., followed by a 10:30 a.m. Funeral Service at McElhaney Funeral Home, 715 N. Jefferson Street, Huntington, IN, 46750, with Pastor Galen Lowery officiating.
Burial will be at Lancaster Cemetery, Huntington, IN.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Huntington County Humane Shelter in care of McElhaney Funeral Home, 715 N. Jefferson Street, Huntington, IN 46750.
