Agnes M. (Curry) Fishbaugh

Agnes M. Fishbaugh, 91, of Roanoke, IN, and formerly of Bluffton, IN, passed away on Monday, April 27, 2020, at Sage Bluff Health & Rehab Center, Fort Wayne, IN.                                              

Agnes was born on March 30, 1929, in Wells County, IN, to Dee and Sarah (Courtney) Curry. Her parents preceded her in death.  She married Richard Fishbaugh on August 8, 1948, in Bluffton and he preceded her in death on August 29, 2013.

Agnes graduated from Bluffton Joint High School and had worked at GE, was a school bus driver, a meter reader and worked on the family farm alongside her husband. She was a member of Markle United Methodist Church and was known for her beautiful jewelry.

Agnes is survived by two daughters, Karen (Steve) Bonewitz, Roanoke, Judy Fishbaugh, Brooklyn, NY; a granddaughter, Chris Bonewitz, New Haven, IN; 6 great grandchildren, Ashly Martin, Taylor Martin, Nick Martin, Rayden Bonewitz, Joie Douglas Garr and Alex Hills. She is also survived by a granddaughter-in-law, Jamie Bonewitz.

Along with her parents and husband she was preceded in death by a grandson, Bran Bonewitz; and one brother, Don Curry.

The family will have private services and private burial.
