Timothy "Tim" Allen Tackett

Timothy “Tim” Allen Tackett, 49, of Huntington, IN, passed away on Thursday, May 9, 2019, at his residence in Huntington.

Tim was born on September 8, 1969, in Huntington, IN, to Randell and Carol Ann (Miller) Tackett.  His parents survive and reside in Huntington.

Tim had worked at Pulley-Kellam in Huntington as a pressman.  He was a member of Twist of Fate Car Club.  He loved working on and repairing cars especially Chevy’s.  

Along with Tim’s parents he is survived by one son, Dillon (fiancé’ Tinicha Bennett) Tackett; one sister, Wendi Tackett, both of Huntington, IN; one nephew, Miles Matthew (fiancé’ Ashley Boggs) Tackett, Warren, IN; and one granddaughter, Braelyn Tackett.

A Gathering of Family and Friends will be held on Monday, May 13, 2019, from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at McElhaney- Hart Funeral Home, 715 N. Jefferson St., Huntington, IN.

A private graveside will be held at a later date at Pilgrim’s Rest Cemetery, Huntington, IN.
